Our Team

Rob Rogers joined Vista Equity Partners in 2002. Rob sits on the investment committee and co-heads the Foundation Fund. He also sits on the boards of Accruent, ADERANT, BigMachines, Essential Learning, MicroEdge, Mitratech and SumTotal, and is actively involved in Sunquest. He previously sat on the boards of Surgical Information Systems and Sunquest, and worked on Vista’s investment in Ventyx.

Prior to joining Vista, Rob served as Director of Finance and Business Development for Integra LifeSciences, a publicly traded medical technology company. While at Integra, Rob worked on acquisitions and alliances, and oversaw the integration and operations of the acquired Redmond surgical instruments business.

Before his time with Integra, Rob worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he advised clients on buy-side, sell-side, and strategic advisory assignments in industries such as consumer products, retail, packaging, and timber.
