You will find talented candidates to develop software, people with extraordinary skills for enterprise sales and customer success to lead digital transformation initiatives alongside our clients. You will work directly with hiring managers and Apli’s founders to understand the organization’s challenges, create processes, and leverage our technology to source and select candidates at scale. Responsibilities

  • Finding and attracting top talent for various roles including software development, enterprise sales, and customer success
  • Working closely with hiring managers and founders to understand hiring needs and challenges
  • Creating and improving recruiting processes using technology for large-scale sourcing and selection
  • Supporting candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a great candidate experience
  • Managing multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Applying creative sourcing techniques to find exceptional talent
  • Collaborating on broader talent initiatives such as onboarding, training, performance management, career planning, and culture building

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in internal recruitment
  • At least 1 year working fully remote (100%)
  • At least 1 year of experience recruiting for IT roles
  • English proficiency: B2 or higher
  • Desire to solve ambitious challenges and manage long, multi-stage evaluation processes
  • Ability to multitask across different vacancies simultaneously
  • Ingenuity to find new ways of sourcing great talent
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work autonomously with a results orientation
