AspiraTM is looking for Consumer Support Specialists.  We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and looking to grow professionally in the customer service field.

Are you interested in working from the comfort of your own home? Do you have excellent customer service skills?   If so, we are currently looking for residents within the state of New York(NY) to join our team of remote consumer support agents!

Since 2006, our at-home customer service agents have been assisting customers with camping & activity reservations, as well as hunting & fishing licensing needs across North America.    

Requirements:

  • A quiet, distraction free work environment
  • Standard landline phone or a cable/digital phone provider that our systems support; cell phones or satellite phones cannot be used with our system
  • High Speed internet connection with the ability to connect directly to the modem via Ethernet cable (no wireless connections)
  • You must provide your own standard desktop monitor (thin clients are not compatible with all-in-one computers, tablets, laptops or TV’s)

What does our Consumer Support Team do?

  • We assist consumers with first call resolution regarding reservations and questions,helping customers with events affecting reservations and purchases, and assisting field staff. 
  • Exceed partner expectations and provide the highest level of service excellence. 
  • Learn new platforms and be part of a team oriented atmosphere. 
  • Problem solve, provide solutions, empathize with our customers and prioritize their needs. 

Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to use a desktop computer system and familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Firefox and Internet Explorer
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with customers.  Be able to document and clearly understand, state the issues customers present, and provide good written response
  • High school diploma
  • Related customer support experience
