We are seeking a passionate Project Coordinator to join Advanced’s professional services team in the IT services division.

The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will meet the financial and utilisation targets of the Professional Services team, by assisting in the administration and coordination of projects from initial quotation to delivery.

You will be responsible for:

  • Support the revenue forecasting across all client work streams
  • Running daily project meetings and ensuring actions are being tracked and managed
  • Ensuring that all project deliverables are compliant with Advanced PM methodology (CPM)
  • Updating and managing project plans
  • Attending client meetings, as required, both on-site and remote
  • Respond and resolve ad-hoc requests from Advanced project team members
  • Support the RAID log management
  • Holiday tracking and booking across the project team
  • Timesheet and expenses reporting and bookings

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • A process-drive, analytical and logical approach
  • Proven customer facing skills
  • Ability to plan work to moving time-scales
  • Enthusiasm and a desire to deliver
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of standard MS office applications (particularly Excel)
  • Ability to multi-task

Desirable:

  • Exposure to working in an IT Managed Services environment
  • Some knowledge of statistical analysis/reporting
  • Prince 2 foundation
