Position Summary:

As the first impression of NAVEX Global, you will be accountable for answering multiple incoming lines and facilitating calls, greeting and directing visitors, while managing various office and administrative duties to ensure daily office operations. Our front desk services are essential to the experience we are committed to creating for our clients, guests and team members.


In This Role You Will Often:

  • Screen incoming callers, address and/or route questions appropriately.
  • Receive, open, sort and distribute incoming mail; assist with outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to executive team members as needed, including meeting coordination, data entry and more.
  • Schedule and organize meeting rooms; maintain accurate online records.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, ordering of food/beverages, and other duties as needed.
  • Order, distribute and maintain office supplies.
  • Maintain the appearance of all facility common areas, including kitchens, conference rooms, copy rooms, etc.
  • Participate on the NAVEX Connect Team and provide local support on various initiatives.
  • Coordinate office equipment repairs.
  • Facilitate weekly delivery orders; store and/or set-up accordingly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements

This Job Might Be For You If You Have:

  • A high school diploma / GED or equivalent required; AA degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 0 - 1 year of experience.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in Outlook, MS Word and Excel.
  • A strong track record of extending outstanding customer service.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Experience handling confidential information.
  • An ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people.
  • Experience engaging with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds.
  • A commitment to do the right things right.
