Implementation Analyst

The Implementation Analyst is a technical resource responsible for supporting Implementation Consultants during new account implementation projects including but not limited to support of configuration related tasks, organization of client deliverables, report creation, slide presentations, training materials and other implementation related documentation.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Enterprise meeting management and implementation project support

  • Analyst will also lead implementation projects independently

  • Supporting new implementation projects including:

    • Gathering, evaluating and organizing client deliverables to prepare information for future configuration

    • Coordinating implementation meetings and calls with clients as well as other internal departments

    • Producing and delivering reports based on client criteria

    • Developing training materials and implementation documentation

    • Designing PPT presentations for client business reviews or other topical requirements

    • System configuration and testing

    • Coordinate and produce materials for new user training activities

  • Interface with Product Development team to define and convey requests for new system features

  • Interface with Customer Success and other relevant departments responsible for client support to achieve client and/or department objectives

  • Maintain/update departmental templates and tools when new releases occur or business practices change

  • Track time towards implementation projects

What You Need for this Position

  • BS or BA degree, or equivalent applicable experience (4 years minimum)

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in client, account or project support roles, preferably in the corporate travel or meetings industry, software or other high-tech industry

  • Solid technological aptitude or the ability to learn technology and its application to the processes associated with corporate meetings and events

    • Experience with web-based applications

    • Understanding of basic database concepts a plus

    • Experience using HTML a plus

  • Possess strong organizational and analytical skills to prepare data for configuration and to process data into actionable reports

  • Experience/expertise in office productivity tools such as MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrable aptitude for learning and applying new technologies and applying general and industry specific business knowledge in a fast paced, analytical and team-oriented environment

  • Eagerness to perform a range of activities as they pertain to new account implementations or departmental goals

  • Must be articulate with solid communication skills

  • Focus on excellent customer service

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, responsibilities and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently with strong organization skills, discipline, and persistence

  • Possesses a confident, polished and professional demeanor worthy of corporate clientele

  • Account and/or project management experience a plus
