Customer Education Intern

Entry Level

PowerSchool | Services | Folsom, CA

This position is a working student internship and will work part time. This position provides the opportunity to work side-by-side with our Customer Education teams as they provide support, implement products, and provide education for our award-winning K-12 software systems. They are expected to work as part of the close-knit team on editing, formating, and unifying the traing material. You will be learning with the team and be a respected team member.

  • Work closely with Customer Education team to coordinate, organize and maintain records for training material
  • Use proprietary tools and software to configure solutions 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Provide status updates as required 
  • Attend team and product-related meetings, as needed 
  • Support the team in various ways, including quality assurance 
  • Update traing material as directed 
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications include: 

  • 0-2 years’ prior experience in a project managerment, design implementation role, or education
  • Working toward bachelor’s degree or recent graduate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite 
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience perferred 
  • Strong attention to detail and time management 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Ability to handle a heavy workload and multiple projects with frequent interruptions and schedule changes 
  • A great attitude that matched the PowerSchool culture
