Customer Success Support Representative

EagleView is looking for a Customer Success Support Representative to join our growing team! This collaborative and dynamic group is responsible for working with our Customer Success team and supports our enterprise commercial customers.  It’s an important role where the details matter and things are constantly changing.  If you are interested in a position where you can combine your administrative skills with your love of customer service please apply below!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers issues and concerns in a timely manner
  • Process multiple types of bulk service requests for marketing, sales, and customers
  • Support smaller accounts in an account manager capacity
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements

  • Prior office experience preferred 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel with an emphasis on Pivot Tables preferred
  • Ability to work 1 weekend day after completing training required
