Senior Revenue Accountant

Due to our rapid growth and expansion to global markets, we have an immediate opening for a dependable, adaptable and detail oriented Senior Revenue Accountant to work in our King of Prussia corporate office.  The Senior Revenue Accountant supports the contract input and revenue recognition processes and oversees receivables management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists with and handles monthly and year-end close activities as it relates to revenues and receivables
  • Prepares monthly revenue analysis and financial reporting
  • Handles monthly and quarterly invoicing/billing responsibilities including receivables tracking and management
  • Reconciles and balances general ledger accounts
  • Assists with budgeting, forecasting and annual audits
  • Compiles statistical, financial, accounting, or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts and receivables
  • Works with business managers to prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis, and provides problem solving support
  • Maintains and updates procedures for assigned business processes while observing internal control compliance
  • Completes various projects to improve department efficiency and workflows
Skills & Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in a senior accounting or similar role
  • Collections experience
  • Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, analysis and reporting of financial data, and mathematical reasoning
  • Computer skills to include: advance knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, and experience with accounting software and documents management software, preferably enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
  • English language and communication skills
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services - this includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Time management
  • Inductive and deductive reasoning
