Position Summary:

Do you enjoy using your superior customer service skills to drive resolution?  Are you an excellent communicator with a drive for results?  As an Accounts Receivable Analyst you will be instrumental in enhancing NAVEX Global’s revenue cycle performance by reconciling client accounts and investigating barriers to timely payment receipt.  Working within a team you will be responsible for following up on all outstanding and overdue balances through calls, emailing and escalation processes.


In This Role You Will Often:

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service while working to reconcile customer invoice disputes
  • Engage in a collaborative manner with multiple departments at NAVEX Global as necessary to analyze, research and resolve billing matters
  • Monitor and maintain assigned account territory in order to achieve or exceed company financial goals
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to develop or improve processes
Skills & Requirements

This Job Might Be For You If You Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in relevant field and prior work related experience or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • A detail oriented approach and focus on results
  • Experience engaging with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
  • Experience and/or knowledge of Accounts Receivable a plus
  • A commitment to “do the right things right”
