Job Description

We have a rewarding Sales Associate position available in our Hospitality Cloud sales department. This position will best suit talented and motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environments. Your main responsibility will be marketing our Hospitality Cloud products to meeting venue contacts and other industry professionals. You will serve as the initial point of contact with product users and prospective customers and will provide product information to prospects interested in viewing a product demonstration. You will be required to demonstrate strong marketing and solution-selling techniques, and work closely with the senior sales team to qualify leads and ensure the conversion of prospects into customers.

Position Duties

Market our newly launched Cvent Supplier Network product to prospects and industry professionalsProactively contact meeting venues to educate them on electronic RFP tools, the site selection process through Cvent and industry best practicesMaintain and assist in developing new ways to Increase current product adoption levelsAssist in determining the key decisions makers that purchase online marketing or softwareCommunicate the value of online advertising as it relates to generating new businessContinuously strive to understand the dynamics of the Japanese market & loop in all stakeholders for any relevant updatesProvide feedback for product enhancements’

Candidate Requirements

Must have excellent written & verbal communicationBachelor’s degree in any stream2 to 5 years experience in outbound telesales preferredBasic knowledge of MS-Office applicationsExcel at developing relationships over the phoneAbility to handle high outbound call volume with corresponding high talk timeMust be articulate, organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environmentStrong business acumen, ethics and high integrityHotel sales experience is a plus
