As a Recruiter you will:
Follow and develop recruiting strategies and actively identify and screen individuals for technical and professional roles.
Continually evaluate and apply new sourcing methodologies to actively identify, cultivate and grow target candidate pools of top talent.Understand, document, and track recruiting data using our ATS, including reporting on requisition and recruiting activity.
Determine applicant qualifications by understanding job requirements and comparing to candidate qualifications.
Coordinate in-person and phone interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Proactively recruit/headhunt candidates from job sites and networking.
Specifics about the role and other things you will need:
3-5 years experience as Recruiter or Sourcer in an agency or corporate environment.
Solid experience in conducting cold-calls both for recruiting and research purposes.
Expert understanding of Boolean searching.
Strong sales/persuasion orientation.
Excellent communication skills and relationship management skills.
Must demonstrate drive and a high expectation for delivering exceptional business partner relationships.
Ability to work under pressure in a time-critical environment.
Must be a problem solver.
Computer proficiency with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Experience recruiting for technical, administrative and/or IT related positions.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
Killer work ethic, passion, and an energizing, positive attitude.
Experience in a startup environments in a plus.
