Quality Assurance Analyst - Creative

Position Duties:


  1. Demonstrate detailed Design/HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge along with product knowledge


  1. Monitor client interactions and web design builds for accuracy of information and compliance to quality standards
  2. Ensure that designers are delivering as per client’s requirement, guidelines and deliverables by standing policies and processes along with accurate solutions in the committed timeline


  1. Make reasonable efforts to avoid unintentional bias in their assessments


  1. Record evaluations utilizing departmental quality monitoring forms
  2. Deliver coaching feedback to designers on their assessments aiming at enhancing the process/people quality of deliverables and focusing on excellent user experience


  1. Provide best practices to improve overall client satisfaction
  2. Provide Team Leaders and the Manager with regular performance feedback on the designers
  3. Prepares and analyze quality reports for Management review
  4. Participates in the design of quality monitoring forms and quality standards
  5. Able to work extended hours when required


  1. Identify common behaviors while monitoring client interactions and recommend remedial plans
  2. Conducting remedial training as a part of the development team

Candidate Requirements:


  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related industry
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience performing Sr. Website Designer in a creative team environment preferred
  3. Proven ability to achieve and maintain departmental quality standards
  4. Professional demeanor, dependable and able to maintain confidential information
  5. Strong written communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must possess excellent grammar, spelling, and sentence construction
  6. Exceptional listening and analytical skills
  7. Strong knowledge of creative services team processes and techniques
  8. Demonstrated ability to rapidly gain design and product knowledge and effectively communicate it to agents
  9. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint for presentations and reports required
  10. Demonstrated ability to train and develop new and existing support agents
  11. Should have the zeal and ability to keep themselves up to date with the product knowledge and lead with example
  12. Must be good with time management and should be able to prioritize between tasks assigned while concentrating on the core job
