Professional Services Operations Manager

The position of Operations Manager– Global Professional Services Group (PSG) @TIBCO Software will be responsible for supporting the PSG organization's merger and integration activities, sales, and delivery operations processes and guidelines.
You will leverage your process knowledge and project management skills to define scope, identify and manage dependencies/risk, and execute initiatives and programs.
- Document, train, and initiate changes to existing sales and delivery operations processes
- Standardize and create high velocity methods wherever possible to streamline processes
- Help with streamlining the processes around custom deal approvals that require inputs from multiple stakeholders
- Own and ensure execution of customer satisfaction and metrics
- Advise the business on best practices and available tools to manage business processes
- Manage operational performance / objectives focused on services sales/delivery operations
- Conduct due diligence on merger and acquisition activities, focused on TIBCO global services
- Create end-to-end integration playbook for current & future acquisitions
- M&A integrations activities including managing professional services processes, ensuring that integration targets and deadlines are met; identify opportunities for improvement
- Work with business groups, cross-functional Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Engineering teams to design a standardized process across to support M&A activities and new integration strategies in a timely manner
