What Are We Looking For

Given the high demand we are experiencing for our unmatched crowdsourced solution, we are looking for a payments expert to be the face of our growing practice with our customers and prospects.  We are looking for an evangelist with payments expertise to help sell our vision to prospects and work with our existing customers to build our value proposition in this space.

Responsibilities

  • Payments evangelist - be seen as industry expert with our prospects and existing customers  
  • Work with Payments Test Architect and team to build, scale and mature a world class payment testing service practice
  • Be consultative with our customers on all matters relating to the processing of payment transactions, payment processing and market trends that affect e-commerce.
  • Identify trends, reporting issues, and suggesting improvements across the payment processing experience
  • Provide hands-on support as necessary during product/systems development and on-going activities to build support and efficiencies to deliver our service
  • Ability to solve payment issues efficiently that improve customer satisfaction and drive scalability
  • Ability to identify business process solutions that increase efficiencies, improve customer satisfaction and drive scalability
  • Ability to effectively provide payment and fraud feedback to enhance the specialist & customer’s journey
  • Strategic and technical consulting and implementation

Profile

  • 7+ years in payments industry, well versed in how the payments ecosystem works, traditional and digital
  • Successful implementation of several projects in the payment industry including experience in project/product management
  • Technical understanding in transaction processing
  • Enjoys dealing with customers and providing advice as well as having fun building a payment practice in a high growth environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
