The Order Operations Manager is responsible for providing management level Quote to Cash leadership, support, training, and guidance to the Order Operations Team. The Order Operations Manager oversees the daily operation of the Quote to Cash team (Order Management, Fulfillment/Provisioning, and Invoicing).  The role also serves as a management level Customer escalation point.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for providing audit of orders and support through the quote to cash process - following up with Vertafore Sales, Customer Success, and AR Teams
  • Responsible for timely processing of all Customer orders through the entire sales order lifecycle utilizing Salesforce.com, CPQ, NetSuite, and other tools across quote to cash
  • Responsible for enforcing internal Order Management, Fulfillment/Provisioning, and Invoicing process guidelines, policies, and Corporate control standards
  • Provides Subject Matter Expertise on lines-of-business (LOBs) across the quote-to-cash process
  • Performs analysis as required in order to determine root cause of any Order Operations issues
  • Leads Order Operations resolution activities, directly working with Customers, Sales, Professional Services, Development, Enterprise Applications, and Finance & Accounting Teams
  • Provides the standard for the Order Operations Team as this relates to communication and documentation
  • Provides analysis and reports to Senior Management and Order Operations on process and Customer issues
  • Design and implements solutions around issue analysis in coordination with Finance Operations
  • Provides training to Order Operations Team as required
  • Responsible for resolving quote to cash related issues with Customers, Sales, Professional Services, Invoicing, AR, Finance & Accounting, and Legal
  • Ensures a positive Vertafore Customer experience
  • Ensures Compliance with external audit requirements
  • Completes other duties as appropriate and assigned by supervisor. 
Skills & Requirements

  • Salesforce Experience Required 
  • NetSuite Experience (Strongly Preferred) 
  • Previous Experience in a Leadership Position
  • Relevant Experience in the Order Operations Field
