Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager

The Opportunity: 

This role sits in our Denver office or remotely and reports to the Manager, Customer Success Management.

What will you do?

  • Work solely with Marketo’s largest customers to develop a success plan that outlines how Marketo will impact their short term and long term business goals.
  • Develop metrics for success and review progress during EBR’s (Engagement Business Reviews).
  • Partner closely with Marketo Account Executives and other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.
  • Travel at least once a month and meet with customers onsite to build Human relationships and learn customer’s core values.
  • Coach customers on marketing automation maturity, adoption roadmap, and organizational alignment.
  • Ensure account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging or escalating to resources from across the company as needed.
  • Embody Marketo values and provide exemplary leadership.
  • Help drive customer references and case studies.

Is this you?

  • 7+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing customer success, account management or strategic consulting organization. SaaS experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting deployments with large enterprise customers across tens of thousands of users.
  • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, along with day-to-day users of the software.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital marketing space and a passion for MarTech.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing accounts and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment, and to deliver on detail as well as strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital marketing space and a passion for MarTech.
  • Excellent business acumen, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
