Sr Associate/ Assistant Team Leader- Reporting Analyst

Sr Associate/ ATL- Reporting Analyst

The position requires a dynamic professional who can liaison between other teams and departments in a professional manner, and effectively communicate with team members, leadership in both written and verbal form.

This Position requires the person to utilize their analytical, statistical and Programming skills to collect, interpret and analyze large data sets. He/She should then use this information to develop data-driven solutions to difficult business challenges.

The incumbent shall be required to provide insight into Contracts Management issues by leveraging data and creating intelligence from data to deliver RCA and present the same to management. Must communicate & follow up effectively with inter-departments regarding Finance/Invoicing/Contracts on a timely basis and help resolve Billing/Contracts related queries received from internal parties. He/she will also be required to liaison with internal stakeholders to collect and leverage data.

Core Responsibilities

·       Daily/ weekly/ monthly connect with senior leadership to understand contracts management reporting requirements and deliver on stringent timelines

·       Mailbox Management – Keep a constant watch on Inbox and track and deliver on assignment within timelines

·       Co-ordinate internally with other teams/departments to collect relevant data

·       Reporting: Tracking assigned breaks, daily performance dashboards, and Budget vs. Actual Headcount.

·       Creating and maintaining incentive plans to track monthly performance and payouts

·       Working with Finance Tools like SalesForce and EBS to collect relevant data and report out the same

Candidate Requirements –

·       Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce)

·       Advance MS Office skills including but not limited to VBA, Macros and Data Analysis in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, HTML)

·       Should be able to prepare Advance Dashboards and Excel bases reports

·       SQL knowledge preferable

·       Strong written communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must possess excellent grammar, spelling, and sentence construction.

·       Exposure to Automation and identifying automation opportunities by leveraging data is preferable

·       Should have an eye for detail and the ability to resolve complex situations by leveraging technology and data available.

·       Must be good with time management and should be able to prioritize between tasks assigned while concentrating on the core job.

·       Preferably should have a good understanding of Accounts Receivables

·       Should have the zeal and ability to keep themselves up to date with the product knowledge and lead by example.
