Office Administrator and Accounting Assistant

The Office Administrator and Accounting Assistant will be the first point of contact for communication over the phone, email, and in person.  This is the perfect opportunity to gain experience within a fast paced and ever-changing workplace within the technology industry.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries
  • Perform data entry on a daily basis
  • Type internal memos, documents, and emails
  • Other general administrative duties
  • Organise office social events
Skills & Requirements


  • Previous receptionist experience preferred
  • Competency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional phone manner
  • Strong operational capability in a fast growing company, with ability to deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and stay focused
  • Great work ethic and can demonstrate initiative and self-motivation while working unsupervised
  • Out-going and personable
