Business Development Intern

The Business Development Intern is a member of the Americas sales organization, and works with a variety of sales teams in three primary areas of focus: new business prospecting, territory projects and campaigns. During your time with Jamf, you will sharpen your professional skill set in a fast paced technology company experiencing outstanding growth.



  •  Spend 90% of time helping to drive the development of pipeline via prospecting activities
  • Identify new contacts at specific companies by role and title
  • Target priority verticals & industries to maximize efforts and success
  • Use a variety of tools aimed at finding new contacts and new subsidiary organizations across North America
  • Help align appropriate contacts and leads to outreach and marketing campaigns
  • Establish ongoing conversations and relationships with target accounts
  • Strategize with multiple Account Executives around plans of action per territory
  • Enter new Opportunities and related information into SalesForce.com to document and manage sales activities
  • Develop an understanding of Jamf sales philosophy, market and customers
  • Execute campaigns to drive traffic to online and in-person events
  • Begin to understand and explain business value of Jamf solutions to prospects and existing customers


Professional Qualifications

  •  Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in a sales role is preferred
  • Some experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
  • The ability to interact effectively with prospects and customers via phone and email
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate well with other team members
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
