Manager, Sales Operations

The Manager, Sales Operations is a key position within the Global Sales organization to support our growth.  The individual works closely with managers and other shareholders to optimize and scale systems supporting our sales infrastructure. 

This role is vital in developing, implementing and overseeing software and process changes designed to drive efforts against our goals. This is a fast-paced and evolving sales environment that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work under and towards goals. The Sales Operations Manager will possess superb analytical and technical skills and the ability to work as a team. Work with extended teams and outside resources is also common to ensure alignment and operational excellence.


  • Oversee sales operations’ intake requirements and translate to actionable items for the salesforce.com team
  • Track and manage internal service desk request project assignments and workflows to execution
  • Lead Sales Operations projects following an Agile methodology
  • Coach and lead direct reports, providing feedback and development paths
  • Design, document and implement specific efficiency initiatives to help Sales Department work smarter to reach goals
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for internal service requests
  • Oversee key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis to ensure projects meet department objectives and continuous improvement
  • Resource for sales, responsible for liaising with all departments on behalf of sales
  • Assist sales team with needs related to processing through internal systems and processes (e.g. Salesforce.com)

Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a Sales Operations or other Operations role (required)
  • Bachelors degree in business or finance (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years Agile/Scrum methodology experience (required)
  • Certified SFDC Admin preferred, at least 2-4 years of advanced administration (required)
  • Advanced Jira Service Desk and Kanban projects skills (preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Travel: Less than 10%
