Digital Marketing Lead Generation Specialist

Naviga is looking for a demand generation specialist who’s passionate about developing and executing marketing campaigns that contributes directly to pipeline and revenue. This person will be responsible for driving measurable demand and qualified leads through our multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including paid search, display, SEO, landing-page conversions, thought leadership, global events and customer-focused content generation. As part of the marketing team, you will work closely with sales, business development, product management and operations groups within the company to help develop and execute a constant calendar of digital campaigns and multi-touch marketing programs. You will also be responsible for summarizing and providing insights that will be shared regularly with stakeholders including senior leadership, and as such, should be familiar with delivering and analyzing key marketing metrics.

This position will report to the Vice President of Marketing and will work cross-functionally with a distributed team of marketing, sales, and product specialists.


  • Develop and execute marketing strategies encompassing SEO, SEM, digital display, content creation, and collateral used to drive a wide range of lead-building initiatives and sales engagements
  • Create strategies for developing marketing content and assets targeting specific buyer personas
  • Manage day-to-day digital campaign operations, including program setup, creative layout, execution, analytics and performance tracking
  • Work closely with sales, product management and other groups to identify and manage content needed for all phases of sales cycle
  • Use digital platform tools to manage direct consumer list fulfillment, response tracking, reporting, and analytics to support ROI analyses and campaign improvements
  • Collaborate with various internal subject matter experts to find creative ways to articulate Naviga’s digital strengths, business benefits and competitive differentiators
  • Manage all activities pertaining to paid search programs and SEM focusing on driving qualified traffic and converting to qualified leads
  • Take primary responsibility for targeting and customer segmentation for all digital programs
  • Regularly evaluate and communicate learnings, insights, and performance of these marketing programs to help guide strategies across the business


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field of study
  • 5+ years of demand generation, digital marketing, brand and content marketing experience
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of digital marketing best practices, innovation, and new technologies
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, including a working knowledge of tools like Marketo and Salesforce
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
  • Experience in working with a diverse product suite comprised of advanced digital software solutions
  • Out-of-the-box thinker with creative ideas to continually differentiate against current and emerging competitors
  • Strong track record of collaboration with sales and others in marketing
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, presentation and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to help drive business impact
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to prioritize projects and work independently
