Product Support Specialist I

Qualified candidate will provide technical and functional product support to customers and employees primarily via the telephone and web support.
Research may include performing transactions, reviewing source code and/or running programs in order to answer complex customer questions.
Flexible work schedule that will include 11am-8pm shift one or more days per week.
•Proven problem solving and analytical skills
•Proven Customer Service instructing experience
•Ability to test software defect fixes
•Ability to answer high volume phone calls
•Ability to accurately record customer issues
•Excellent communication skills and team player experience
•Strong Organizational skills with attention to details
•Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load and multitasking skills
•Administrative Product Experience with our Public Safety Software
•Visual FoxPro knowledge/experience
•Microsoft OS knowledge/experience
•Microsoft SQL Server knowledge/experience
•Public Safety experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
0-2 years software customer support in a Windows Environment
