Office Coordinator

The Office Coordinator is often the “first face of Jamf” for employees, guests and business associates coming into our space. As such, this role is – at its core – a customer service driven role best suited to a naturally upbeat personality and positive attitude. This person is a key go-to resource for making Jamf a great place to work, visit and do business by providing friendly and helpful personal interactions as well as a well-kept facility.
This position takes part in a wide variety of general office, administration, security and facility-related responsibilities. The right person for this role enjoys the spontaneity provided by such a diverse workload and is able to handle it with a high level of flexibility and self-sufficiency; prioritizing and multi-tasking with a smile on their face.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure office security and customer service by being a constant front desk presence
- Warmly greet and assist visitors/vendors with initial check-in
- Manage both incoming and outgoing deliveries and shipments; maintain supply inventory
- Set-up new employees with building and suite access to various Jamf locations
- Maintain general orderliness of all public-facing and community spaces
- Track inventory and order office supplies as needed
- Assist employees with office-related equipment and supply procurement
- Assist with meeting and event creation, planning, coordination and organization
- Regularly communicate with Office Manager, landlord, vendors and contractors
- Maintain positive working relationship with contractors and service-providers
- Maintain and update organizational systems
- Perform minor facility repairs; painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, light mechanical
- Maintain and coordinate equipment/facilities repair in conjunction with Office Manager
- Ensure sidewalks are kept clear and grounds are presentable
- Run errands outside of the office weekly and as-needed
- Respond to after-hours security calls from monitoring company
- Continue to develop and grow functionality of the office
- Perform other duties as required and complete all job functions as per departmental policies and procedures
- Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the organization

- 4 year / Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred); a combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
- Valid driver’s license
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience using basic hand tools and attending to minor repairs and facility projects
- Experience dealing with all levels of an organization
