Temporary Contracts Administrator

Entry Level

CentralSquare Technologies | G & A | Lake Mary, FL

The Contracts Adminstrator Temp will be working with our Contracts Team by learning CentralSquare's best practice procedures that go into efficient legal and contract workflow for the department. Job duties include reviewing and scanning physical legal folders/files, implementing CentralSquare naming convention for all existing legal files, and reorganizing entire contracts share folder contents.

Other duties involved:

  • Responsible for contract management and administration
  • Draft and redline contracts and related documents
  • Reviewing legal files and correspondence
  • Identifying key documents for scanned retention
  • Verifying contents of digital files and retaining key data
  • Naming and saving existing legal files and data accurately
  • Discerning specific legal files from others (NDA vs License Agreement etc.)
  • Removing inconsistencies across product lines
  • Flagging files for team review
  • Finding replicated files to eliminate and missing files to be placed in correct folders
  • Learning to separate and organize files based on business needs and in compliance with our Document Retention and Destruction policies
Skills & Requirements


  • Experience with contract management and administration, ideally in the software licensing/tech space
  • Ability to draft and redline simple contracts and related documents based on our internal templates and guidelines
  • Experience filing and scanning documents
  • Great attention to detail
  • Comfortable with computers
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Ability to work discretely with confidential material and with limited folder access

Preferred Experience (not required):

  • Experience working in an office environment or law firm
  • Some contract or legal knowledge
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Reader
