Team Lead, Client Services Consultant

What You Will Be Doing

  • Coach and mentor new Client Success Consultants on transactional and experiential cases
  • Train new and existing team members to enhance their knowledge of the product, role and processes
  • Help recruit and interview new team members
  • Produce and maintain internal training documentation and processes
  • Identify areas for team effectiveness and process improvements that will help enhance the client experience
  • Assign and directly support new team members on strategic and complex client tasks
  • Assist in leadership tasks, projects and strategic initiatives
  • Manage client escalations through resolution
  • Spend time outside of leadership tasks, serving as a Client Success Consultant on your own client accounts

What You Need for this Position

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 2 years of customer success experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multi-task and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to give constructive feedback to team members to help them improve in their role
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve goals
  • Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
  • Able to work with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce.com or similar contact management software
