Channel Account Administrator

Jamf | 135 - Sales Channel | Minneapolis, MN

The Channel Account Administrator is responsible to support designated Corporate Resellers and VARs along with the corresponding Channel Account Managers, as well as for the daily interaction with new and unassigned resellers.  This will include qualifying incoming requests for information or deal registration, aligning them with the Jamf channel program, and connecting them with appropriate Jamf resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the Jamf Channel Account teams to support business interactions with the corresponding Corporate Resellers, VARs, and Apple Channel team
  • Qualify and manage requests for Jamf information, pricing, and deal registration for assigned Jamf channel territoriesIdentify, enable and support sales and marketing team members at Apple, Corp Resellers, and VARs in assigned Jamf territories, and their efforts to position and sell Jamf solutions
  • Help to develop targeted campaigns, success metrics and investment cases with Apple and Jamf Channel Marketing, to grow channel-sourced new logo sales opportunities
  • Work with Jamf Channel Marketing team to create relevant content for partner sales enablementPartner with the Jamf Channel and Sales teams to qualify and close opportunities for new business, growth, and renewal sales in assigned territories
  • Provide resolution for partner/customer issues, and engage Jamf sales teams where appropriate, ensuring follow through by appropriate Jamf employeesIdentify end customer business and technical needs relative to Jamf features and benefits, and communicate opportunities for improvement to Product Management
  • Assist in preparing quarterly performance reviews of Corporate Resellers, VARs, and Distributors

Skills & Requirements

EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 Years Channel sales operations or partner relationship management at a software company (Strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge of device management, user device enablement, and/or Apple ecosystem (Preferred)
  • Experience with Channel Programs or Channel Marketing is a plus
  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
  • There is no Certification or Licensure Listed
