Business Operations - Systems Intern

The Business Operations – Systems Intern will assist the Business Operations team with projects, tasks, documentation and support other internal Jamf teams. The Business Operations team collaborates with other departments on the tools, processes and data that these teams use to improve internal day to day tasks and interactions with the Jamf customers. This role includes, but is not limited to, helpdesk support, basic CRM administration, project management, documentation and quality assurance testing.



  • Troubleshoot, research, and resolve technical problems and incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Document current and future improvements to Jamf’s internal and external systems & processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service resolving support tickets
  • Ensure quality of data in company CRM system (Salesforce.com) other mediums
  • Participate in quality assurance testing within the project cycle
  • Design and implement basic CRM solutions
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

  • Billing, contract or sales support experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (preferred)
  • Experience in a helpdesk environment (preferred)
  • Comfortable with meticulous, repetitive and systematic workflows



Location:         Eau Claire, WI or Minneapolis, MN

Travel:             5%

Job Type:         Part-time during school year/Full-time during summer

Education:      Pursuing or hold a degree relating to the field of Information Technology, Quality Assurance, Information Systems and/or Software Engineering
