Associate/Sr Associate - Contracts Administration ( Legal)

Entry Level

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Manages upkeep of Contracts Repository & Contracts Database
  • Subject matter expert on reporting of Department’s KPIs and other key data measurements
  • Review and draft basic legal agreements
  • Coordinate legal document processing and internal approvals
  • Project manage assigned projects and general work load
  • Process the execution, distribution, storage and retrieval of contracts and legal documents
  • Manage and maintain the contracts database
  • Support the development and maintenance of legal templates
  • Assist and answer miscellaneous queries from other departments, including Finance, Marketing, Sales, etc.

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize and effectively project management day-to-day activities
  • Compliance: Follow standard operating procedures; Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Adaptability: Manage competing demands; Accept constructive feedback while being adaptable to changing priorities
  • Initiative: Ability to work independently; Self-motivated to learn and grow in role
  • Communication skills: Ability to interface with a wide range of personalities and position levels
  • Bachelor degree in any domain
  • 1+ years of experience in administrative or legal assisting role
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of legal concepts and agreements a plus
