Team Lead position responsible for Adra customer projects; key objectives are to manage team employee activities and projects in line with expected delivery specifications. Works with Customer Success and Support departments to proactively address needs. Leads a services team on implementations as necessary and is the initial escalation point for services projects for internal and external clients.

Anticipated split of time to be as follows:

60% - Billable client services

15% - Customer Success activities including scoping new project requirements

15% - Team management and resourcing planning

10% - Financial forecasting


  • Oversee delivery of services for client services as part of the Services Leadership team
  • Project planning and coordination of complex customer implementations
  • Providing pre-implementation assistance to employees in planning hardware, software, and environmental requirements
  • Oversee training and mentoring employees in implementation methodology
  • Provide leadership to continually evaluate and improve PS & Sales processes and methodologies
  • Coordinate and guide resources throughout projects
  • Profitability on all projects
  • Responsible for developing the team for growth

Related Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Business & technical analysis of customer needs in order to win/increase Services business
  • Reviewing Statements of Work and Contracts with Sales
  • Identification and documentation of new business opportunities and product/service requirements
  • Achieving high customer satisfaction before, during and after the sales efforts
  • Provide analysis of market size, personnel and resource needs


Skills & Requirements


  • CPA preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of project management tools & techniques, PMP Certification a plus
  • (BS/BA degree and 4 years experience as a technical and/or sales consultant)
  • Experience in prior leadership roles preferred
  • Ability to prepare & present clear business & technical analysis
  • Ability to effectively communicate in verbal & written formats
  • Experience in software and financial companies is preferred
