Intern

Entry Level

CentralSquare Technologies | Customer Support | Lake Mary, FL

The Intern will work in our Customer Support department and will be assigned various projects of a strategic nature helping to move the business forward.  The intern will assist with reaching our to customers that recently purchased a CentralSquare product.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Call customers
  • Welcome them, thank them for their business,
  • Follow up with any issues preventing notification,  
  • Follow up that a PM gets assigned.
  • Various tasks utilizing SalesForce

 

Skills & Requirements

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program (four year college or university) or a graduate program
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous Salesforce experience a PLUS
  • Self-starter, willing to learn new concepts and adapt to change
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
