CentralSquare Technologies | Customer Support | Lake Mary, FL
The Intern will work in our Customer Support department and will be assigned various projects of a strategic nature helping to move the business forward. The intern will assist with reaching our to customers that recently purchased a CentralSquare product.
- Call customers
- Welcome them, thank them for their business,
- Follow up with any issues preventing notification,
- Follow up that a PM gets assigned.
- Various tasks utilizing SalesForce
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program (four year college or university) or a graduate program
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous Salesforce experience a PLUS
- Self-starter, willing to learn new concepts and adapt to change
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational skills
