Accounting Specialist - Billing
- Review contracts for billing terms and ensure generated sales orders match contract billing and revenue terms.
- Issue customer invoices and credits.
- Apply customer payments to customer invoices.
- Reconcile posted customer payments in subledger to general ledger.
- Reconcile customer accounts, providing analysis upon request.
- Recognize revenue and cost, if applicable
- Reconcile deferred and unbilled revenue accounts monthly.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting or accounts receivable.
- Strong Excel skills and exposure to automated accounting systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills
- NetSuite desirable
