Marketing Manager

Primary responsibilities

  • Campaign planning and execution to drive pipeline for the Norwegian sales team
  • Develop a high impact marketing strategy and implement programs to generate demand and qualified opportunities.
  • Create a lead funnel using various marketing channels, including advertising, email campaigns, direct mail, events, online campaigns.
  • Developing the internal and external event strategy to support lead generation efforts.
  • Work with corporate marketing to deliver content marketing strategy
  • Liaise with internal team to manage the marketing data universe; maintaining contact details accurate and up to date, and qualify and administer leads generated by Marketing in a timely manner
  • Managing the local digital marketing (social prospecting, SEO, SEM and content distribution)
  • Managing the marketing budget to maximise the success of campaigns.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B campaign/digital marketing
Skills & Requirements

The ideal candidate will have skills and experience in the following critical areas

    • Norwegian language skills (mother tongue or advanced) required
    • An innate focus on results
    • Experience working on multi-faceted digital campaigns is a must
    • Solid understanding of B2B demand gen programs and lead lifecycles
    • Marketo marketing automation  and Salesforce CRM experience preferred
    • Flexibility, positive demeanour and a ‘can do attitude’
    • Experience of managing agencies and third parties: creative, digital, PR, production, events
    • Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts
