Bookkeeper and Payroll Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • AP cycle management: record invoices, prepare payments, reconciliations
  • Prepare month- end and year-end schedules and reconcile to GL
  • Perform bank and Credit Card reconciliations
  • Processing journal entries in Priority
  • Assistance with reporting to tax (monthly and annual supplier payments)
  • Preparation of material for audits
  • Oversee the fixed asset roll forward, including annual asset verification
  • Inter-company transactions and reconciliations
  • VAT reporting
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for approximately 120 employees in Israel, including withholding tax and National Insurance
  • Own social benefits administration, reporting and payments
  • Travel reports and personal expenses' reimbursement
  • Monitor sick days, miluim and vacation days
  • Handling new employees and terminations
  • Monthly closures: provisions for vacation, severance, etc

Qualifications

  • Certified bookkeeping type 3 with minimum 5 years' bookkeeping experience
  • Certified payroll manager with minimum 5 years experience with payroll management
  • Experience working with Priority- Must
  • Experience working with Hilan- Must
  • Experience in working for a global High-Tech companies - an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Verbal and written skills in English
  • High Attention to details
  • Great communication skills
