Human Resources Coordinator I

Summary

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources team.  HR Coordinator will be expected to provide support for special HR department projects as well as time sensitive day to day tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Processing employee information, new hires, and terminations
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Document Management
  • Updating forms, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Processing tuition reimbursement
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assistance with worker's compensation claims
  • Managing receipt of 90 day reviews and annual performance evaluations
Skills & Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar field OR Associates Degree plus applicable certifications/experience
  • 1-3 years working in corporate human resources
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite
  • Must have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • ADP WFN experience is a plus
