Account Manager – Americas (Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish)

The Account Manager is responsible for developing client relationships to generate revenue and meet company targets in North America, the Caribbean, and South America.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Initiate and cultivate C-level relationships with existing and prospective customers to win business and generate revenue. 
  • Develop a territory plan build strong leads that includes prospect identification to increase sales pipeline.
  • Achieve introductory meetings and follow through sales process resulting in closed revenue generating business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for new and prospective clients.
  • Assist in completing the RFP process with prospective clients.
  • Build key customer relationships with existing and future TOMIA customers.


  • 5 + years of proven experience as an Account/Sales Manager in Software, preferably in the Telecom industry
  • Preferred - proven experience in VAS sales to mobile operators in the Americas
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience with managing negotiations with senior level executives
  • Technical Background, preferable in network and IT
  • English fluency and Spanish fluency
