RFP and Proposal Analyst

Job Overview

  • Coordinate activities associated with the RFP process ensuring high quality of service and adherence to Trintech’s policies, procedures and philosophies
  • Participate in resolution of issues associated with the RFP process ensuring follow-through to resolution
  • Draft proposal-ready response materials to utilize as a reference tool to complete future proposal or internal requests
  • Assist with projects within the scope of the RFP Team
  • Edit, proof and format proposal materials
  • Lead Sales Representative and Account Development Manager onboarding trainings as needed
  • Perform content updates and coordination activities as assigned by Manager
  • Lead and coordinate the RFP process for complex RFPs which include multiple RFP Team members
  • Evaluate RFP project completion for ongoing process improvements
  • Assist Manager with training activities for new Team Members
Skills & Requirements

  • Verbal and written communication skills to complete Response for Proposals and coordinate activities
  • Organizational skills and project management skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to work effectively in a deadline driven environment
  • Proposal writing experience in the commercial field
  • Proven success at completing and leading RFP projects independently
  • Ability to articulate the RFP process for training purposes
  • Familiarity with use of proposal automation software such as Qvidian
  • PC skills and experience in Microsoft products, particularly Word and Excel


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Four years of experience in a business setting working in a proposal development unit, marketing, communications or publishing with RFP responsibilities
