The Recruiter Assistant (RA) is responsible for partnering with the Lead Recruiter to anticipate and deliver all facets of recruiting success for a variety of positions within our growing organization. The RA plays a critical role in the recruitment process. 


  • Support full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels and geographies of our organization
  • Partner with the recruiter to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
  • Identify talent through passive and active sources including postings, social networking and Internet research
  • Actively and aggressively source and assess viable candidates
  • Conduct candidate outreach via various social media platforms
  • Build and leverage a network of industry contacts, associations, trade groups and employees
  • Utilize recruitment system to document and process candidates through the recruitment funnel
  • Assist in the building of talent pipelines for future hiring needs


  • 1-2 years of sourcing, recruiting, or other relevant professional work experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Consistent professionalism and good judgment
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Ability to interact with co-workers and management in a positive and cooperative manner
