The Senior Manager of Customer Marketing will develop strategies and lead a set of activities that drive product adoption, retention and engagement within the TIBCO customer base. He or she will work closely with sales and customer success teams on planning and prioritization.
- Oversee database of existing customer accounts and the key roles within them
- Measure the impact of customer marketing activities on customer growth, retention and financial outcomes, and communicate these impacts within the organization
- Work with marketing, customer success and sales to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the customer base
- Manage customer contact process and frequency to prevent disjointed or too-frequent requests for participation and communication
- Partner with product marketing and sales enablement to create sales tools for the customer audience
- Provide data and insights on customer accounts
- Educate sales on the role of customer marketing within existing customer base
- Build the cross- functional processes and programs to support customer marketing initiatives
