Are you an experienced Pre-sales Professional with strong business and technical knowledge and background of providing in-depth advice and support in the sale of software solutions in the EMEA market? Then this could be a great opportunity for you!

At TIBCO we are looking for a Senior Pre-sales Director who will be partnering with our Sales team to manage the technical and business aspects of the sales cycle across all of our Analytics product offerings.

Skills & Requirements

The job holder will be expected to perform the following: -

  • Develop and execute the technical solutions we deliver to our clients
  • Provide technical vision, strategy and guidance to the Presales team in developing opportunities with prospects and existing customer base
  • Play a key role in uncovering opportunities to provide additional solutions within existing major accounts
  • Own strategic customer relationships at technical executive levels of the client organization
  • Provide technical vision and business value proposition to existing client base and prospects
  • Lead, mentor and coach a team of highly skilled and experienced Presales Consultants
  • Observe market trends and competition to be able to present and articulate our competitive advantage
  • Ensure knowledge transfer to other SCs and communicate feature recommendations, product direction and customer requirements into Product Management and Development Engineering
  • Act as a business leader with gravitas who takes action where necessary in order to achieve the mid and long term goals set by the executive management
  • Deliver the expected results whilst balancing short-term tactical and long-term strategic goals
  • Drive organization and cultural changes in line with corporate direction
