Travel Cooordinator- 3 Months Contractual 

Job Responsibilities:

 We are looking for self-driven, problem solver and customer focused  Travel Consultant to join our Corporate Travel Operations team. We provide intensive internal travel department training and an individualized mentorship program to develop your travel knowledge and customer service skills.   • Provide exceptional attention to detail, traveler care and customer service to CVENT travelers
  • Accurately complete end to end travel requirements both international and domestic travel arrangements for air, hotel, car & rail, requests for ticketing, fares, routing and visa requests 
  • Incumbent should have good knowledge of APAC, US domestic as well as international critical itineraries (Geographical Knowledge is mandatory)
  • Co-ordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer to adhere SLA 
  • Focuses on the resolution versus the cause of the problem.
  • Expect to work on financials (card reconciliation will be an advantage). Ensure latest updated policies, procedures, desk Instructions are read & complied
  • Excellent Customer service and communication skills (Both Written and Verbal) 
  • Providing consultative multi-country routings for best fares and preferred carrier usage. Counsel clients on efficient, routings for lowest available fares and preferred carrier usage in coordination with the Corporations business travel policies
  • Comply with all legal and industry standards. Embrace the role of providing a superior consultative value to clients versus just being an order taker
  • Offers suggestions to the customer and anticipates needs
  • Uses positive language and choices of words to avoid negative customer reactions


Experience & Skills: 

  • Graduate Diploma / Degree (travel & tourism would be added advantage, but not necessary)
  • 4-6 years relevant experience in travel domain
  • MANDATE to have good Domestic & International Geographical Knowledge along with Routings Knowledge
  • Ability to build excellent business relationship with customer groups, peers and seniors
  • Should be team player and manage show alone if required
  • Knowledge of corporate travel economics and travel technology/tools will be an added advantage. GDS experience is a plus, Sabre preferred
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Prior experience in a customer service-oriented position
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • MANDATE Attention to Detail: Recording Customer and Financial accountability with accuracy Communication: ability to present information to varied individuals or groups at all levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Shift Timings: 6:30- 3:30 AM (Both side cabs)
