Associate Project Manager

Our team is looking for an Associate Project Manager. The Associate Project Manager supports the PMO's mission through successful directing, planning, execution, and delivery of internal EagleView projects.

Primary Responsibilities

  •  Project Management
    • Manage the flow of information to internal stakeholders including, but not limited to flight/production details, product requirements, progress, timelines, and data/image quality
    • Provide clear and frequent communication and updates internally
    • Coordinate project details and requirements, expectations, and issues internally across departments
    • Provide and oversee build materials and resources for internal departments (Flight Operations, Geomatics, et cetera as applicable to project type)
    • Ensure quality and completeness of data through direct review
    • Ensure that work product is on time and meets specifications
    • Provide information in support of internal stakeholder concerns and inquiries
    • Collaborate with Project Managers in execution of customer contracts
    • Support Program Managers’ overall reporting by providing project-level detail and status
    • Provide additional support to Project and Program Managers as assigned
  • Salesforce Management
    • Update, document, and maintain project milestones and communications in Salesforce
    • Provide building instructions and product specifics for internal stakeholders
  • Product Expertise
    • Develop a working understanding of the company’s technologies and processes
    • Have a basic working knowledge of internal spec and sponsored programs, including but not limited to:
      • Imagery capture
      • Building Outline Creation/ChangeFinder
      • Disaster Response
  • Provide GIS/PM Support as requested
    • Mosaic shapefile creation
    • Data acquisition
    • Area of interest requests
    • Map creation for customer updates or proposals
    • Capture tracking and progress reporting
    • Historical requests 
    • Data task management
    • Weather/conditions/flight analysis
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills - ability to keep accurate detailed records and communicate project needs in a timely manor
  • Ability to work efficiently and respond quickly to internal inquiries
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic – completes work in a timely fashion, takes on challenges willingly
  • Trustworthy and an excellent team player – Pitches in to help others without question, shares tips/skills to help the team work more efficiently, and promotes a supportive environment for all colleagues
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability – ability to switch gears when priorities and workloads change in a dynamic work environment
  • Resourceful - Ability to quickly learn applications such as ArcGIS (i.e., ESRI's ArcMap), database programs, and Salesforce.com
  • Punctuality and willingness to work until the task is completed
  • Complete comfort with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office software
  • BA/BS in Business, Communications, GIS, Imaging Science or related field preferred
