AGDATA is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Support team as a Payment Operations Specialist

Role Impact:

The Payment Operations Specialist will support and manage payment processing of AGDATA clients. The Payment Operations Specialist will serve as the subject matter expert for AGDATA clients. This includes routine support of our Enterprise products via case management system, e-mail and phone (inbound and outbound as needed). The Payment Operations Specialist will deliver personalized service to clients proactively and consistently. This role involves working with clients and internal AGDATA partners in delivering efficient, accurate and timely payments. As a Payment Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Analyze payment data from clients and other sources
  • Communicate with AGDATA's clients regarding payment activities and inquiries
  • Provide attention to detail and adhere to defined processes in order to deliver accurate and on-time payment processing
  • Execute standard quality control checks and deliverables daily
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless support with a collective service experience
  • Manage client deliverables based on, but not limited to, Payment Operations production schedule
  • Any/all other duties as requested by management

Preferred Job Skills: 

  1. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
  2. Knowledge of basic database relationships and terminology
  3.  Experience with Salesforce CRM
  4. Experience with JIRA
