Service Automation Engineer (Service Management Developer)

TIBCO Information Technology (IT) team is looking for a Service Automation Engineer (Service Management Developer) to join us on our growing Service Management and Automation team. As a Service Management Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing and delivering cloud solutions on BMC Remedyforce operating on the Salesforce .com platform. You will be responsible for developing automation and integration solutions to strengthen and expand our Service Desk Platform and enhance user experience for members of the IT organization and user community. You will be working in a fast-paced, results-driven, collaborative environment using agile methodologies providing around the clock support.
Skills & Requirements

  • You will be a key internal customer facing partner with the opportunity to assess, design, build, integrate, test, deploy and configure service management related solutions in Remedyforce Platform
  • You will build and maintain comprehensive operations management functionalities and workflows involving incident, problem, change, service level management, self-service, service catalog, discovery and asset management using RemedyForce
  • You will build integration with back office systems and other self service channels
  • Enable process,performance, and workload measurements using metrics generated by RemedyForce
  • Develop and manage RemedyForce Configuration management database
  • Conduct assessments that shall involve gathering requirements from multiple departments and documenting the required specifications
  • Evangelize best practice implementation experience of BMC Remedyforce
