What You Will Do:

 

We are looking for a highly motivated, forward thinking, and team oriented Learning and Development Specialist to help drive corporate wide learning initiatives.  A major objective of this role will be to partner with key team members to assess, design and deliver training programs across the organization.  Other responsibilities include providing continuous improvement of learning opportunities across the organization to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the company's efforts.  This role is critical to our organization as it promotes the development of our most important asset, our talent.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Design and develop employee training programs that successfully align with the organizations strategic goals and objectives
  • Facilitate learning related to our technology and total suite of product offeringsand information about our clients and the industry
  • Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training program
  • Direct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery of improvements to the learning and development training programs
  • Collaborate with existing subject matter experts on current and upcoming products, in order to contribute to the design and maintenance of current and effective training programs
  • Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training utilizing Kirkpatrick’s Levels of Evaluation
  • Promote utilization of our suite of eLearning courseware to encourage adoption across the organization
  • Coach junior team members in development and delivery of talent and learning programs and materials to promote team member development
  • Partner with the Sr. Manager, HR & Talent Development to analyze the performance of the workforce so that additional training can be prescribed and developed
Skills & Requirements

Who You Are:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Adult Education or related field
  • 3+ years of professional training experience, as a Field Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, Corporate Trainer
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design & development, and training technologies
  • High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required
  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team
  • Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Highly computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS office and web based systems
  • CPLP credentials preferred but not required
