Sales Operations Analyst

Entry Level

The Sales Operations Analyst will partner with the Director of Sales Operations to support the Granicus sales and leadership teams with information and analysis that enables execution and tracking of strategic priorities.  The Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports and analyses that track business performance, identify areas for focus, and equip sales teams to excel. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the creation, accuracy, and regular updating of Sales reports
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to be used by Sales Operations, sales reps, and leadership to manage the business on an ongoing basis
  • Develop analyses and data visualizations to be used in executive- and board-level presentations
  • Partner with Sales leaders to compile information that will be used to help set and execute sales strategy
  • Create and leverage analyses to recommend territory design, sales opportunity, and commission plan structure
  • Work with Director of Sales Operations and Sales leadership on projects to improve overall productivity of the Sales organization as needed
  • Recommend updates to existing processes, CRM (Salesforce.com), and workflow to improve efficiency and information accuracy; work with business partners to execute improvements
Skills & Requirements

Who You Are:

  • You have 1-3 years of experience with Sales Operations or financial/business reporting and analysis
  • You are extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • You can multi-task and manage competing priorities in a high-paced environment
  • You are proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • You can work collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels and departments
  • You are experienced with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Power BI a plus
