As the operations leader, and as an advisor and strategic business partner to the leadership team, the Operations Managers’ responsibility is to ensure key programs and projects are executed successfully.

Program Support

  • Execute employee-facing culture and cross-functional programs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; incorporate employee feedback, analyze and measure results, make recommendations for process improvement
  • Support business unit leadership by ensuring strategic projects advance in a timely manner that is communicative and transparent to relevant stakeholders
  • Provide guidance to meeting owners to ensure key points are addressed and information is yielding productive conversations that support business unit objectives
  • Attend and facilitate strategic discussions to ensure that good decisions are reached and the decisions are carried out

Meetings and Events Management

  • Manage event strategy and ensure a Social Tables brand experience for internal and external facing participants
  • Ensure the business unit and its mission, programs, products, and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders


  • Serves as a thought leader and partner to the leadership team of the business unit;  influences the overall agenda of the organization, offers the leadership team perspective they might not see, and challenges ideas before they are committed to action
  • Advocates / promotes organization and stakeholder change related to business unit mission
  • Supports motivation of employees in business unit products/programs and operations

Communications Management

  • Helps the leadership team and their teams interpret and carry out the GM’s vision and strategic intent
  • Ensures the business unit has sufficient and up-to-date information

Systems and Office Management

  • At least 3 years working within an executive level capacity
  • Ability to make time appear out of nowhere.
  • Ability to deal effectively with senior business leaders.
  • Exude Hospitality. You are warm and welcoming whether screening calls or greeting guests at the office your warmth and friendliness make the guest feel great about this company
  • Flexible and willing to accept additional assignments to support the executive.
  • Strong work ethic, motivation and enthusiasm
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving and constantly changing environment
  • Unfaltering honesty and emotional maturity and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to take ownership of issues and manage to completion, proactively anticipate next steps and determine alternative improved means to complete assignment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skillsHigh proficiency with Mac/OS X, iOS, Gmail/Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and technology in general
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of varied activities
  • Desire to learn the business and take on additional responsibility
