What You Will Be Doing

  • Support existing paid account needs such as profile changes and reporting asks by speaking and collaborating with customers
  • Monitor the health of your assigned customer accounts (performance metrics) and work to improve their conversion and performance
  • Onboard new accounts and perform account demos to educate customers on how to manage their profile
  • Renew your accounts at the end of their contracts with a focus on high retention
  • Build training programs and work with accounts to educate them on tools and resources to optimize their experience
  • Handle any escalations that may arise and resolve in a professional manner

What You Need For This Position

  • 2+ years of experience in account management
  • Analytical and comfortable working with data
  • Strong focus and competency in customer service
  • Experience in renewing accounts/sales
  • Must be extremely organized in all areas - able to manage hundreds of active accounts at any given time
  • Ability to build and implement new processes
  • Ability to multi-task with extraordinary attention to detail
  • Polished and professional individual with excellent communication skills
  • Hustle and determination, "can do" attitude
  • Experience with Salesforce required
  • Passion for achieving growth and success in a startup environment
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a strategic thinker
  • Excited to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment
