Support Trainer

Job purpose


This position, under the general direction of both the supervisor and director, is responsible for assisting in the design, development, and delivery of onboarding and training events for our Support and Services team members.  This position will be capable of working with moderate instruction, alongside managers, while providing feedback and suggestions on ways to continuously improve the level of training provided to our team members. 


Duties and Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Conducts onsite, remote, and group training sessions for support and services employees
  • Maintains repository of LMS courses and continually updates content to ensure it is up-to-date
  • Works with Leadership team to develop training schedule for ongoing team member excellence
  • Oversees the monthly training calendar to schedule new training event and intake requests for topics that need to be included
  • Works with product launch team to develop training plans to skill-up team members on new products
  • Create and update Executive-level PowerPoints to be used in company-wide presentations
  • Applies product knowledge and learning delivery methodology to provide high quality training
  • Create and deliver ad-hoc analysis and all other duties as assigned

Qualifications include:

  • 1-3 years’ prior experience in a product training role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Prior CRM and ERP experience will be a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Strong problem solving and reasoning skills
  • Strong oral, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to handle a heavy workload and multiple projects with frequent interruptions and schedule changes
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to maintain positive attitude and foster a collaborative and unified work environment
  • Willing to work in Shifts and in 24X7 work environment
