The Role in Brief:

Associate Targeting Operations Specialist, Temporary

The Associate Targeting Operations Specialist is responsible for translating targeting strategies into executable deliverables that are designed to meet our clients’ enrollment objectives.  This temporary position manages the list order execution process from setup to submittal and partners with Strategic Analysts, Account Teams, and the Operations department to ensure timely and accurate deployment of marketing campaigns. Generally, this is a 3-6-month assignment, and the hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday.

This role is based in Richmond, VA

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand institutional and individual needs and targeting goals of each client
  • Acquire and maintain understanding of list source platforms and databases
    • Set up order segments within list source interfaces for purchasing names
    • Review and track available name quantities
    • Place orders for purchase
  • Ensure quality and accuracy with all list order setup and processing
  • Manage list source changes proactively and respond appropriately
  • Maintain workflow tracking documentation to facilitate reporting on project progress

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail
